This fresh muesli consists of a nutritious, whole grain muesli mix that has been soaked overnight with fruit juice, grated apples and a Greek yogurt. Also known as Bircher muesli, this makes a delicious and easy breakfast.
40 ml extra virgin olive oil
4 slices wholemeal sourdough or soy and linseed bread
2 cloves garlic
4 TBSP lemon juice
