About Jane Freeman

Jane Freeman is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (ASDA) and an Accredited Practicing Nutritionist (APN), author and Leith's trained cook who has over 20 years of nutrition and dietetic practice experiences. Jane is also an Accredited Sports Dietitian (ASDA) and has an elite International Olympic Committee (IOC) graduate diploma in performance and sports nutrition. (see Jane pictured with the IOC medical and scientific director Dr Richard Budgett).

Jane's approach is thorough and spends the time needed to piece together the challenges and impacts of any medical or health issues, with the specific dietary updates that can help with best treatment outcomes.

In doing this she will also help you to find the easiest and smartest way to action changes needed. This will include working out clear meal plan targets, providing lots of nourishing meal, snack or supplement suggestions and she will share her kitchen know-how, gained from many years of working with people who are fighting cancer and other health problems.
