1 grainy sourdough roll
tsp light cream cheese
80g slice of smoked salmon
a good handful of dark leafy greens like rocket or baby spinach
Method
1. Spread the cream cheese on one side of the roll (you can also add some butter or margarine or avocado if you are building up)
2. Then add the salmon and the rocket
