Salmon noodle bowl

Ingredients
600g salmon fillet (no bones)
1/4 cup of soy sauce (light)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup of Chinese rice wine (shaoshing)
1 tbsp grated ginger
250g of dried noodles
1 corn on the cob
1 red capsicum
2 cucumbers
1 carrot, grated
1/2 bunch of spring onions, sliced on an angle
bunch of
