Black Bean Soup


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Italian or Mexican style tomatoes
  • 1 (4 ounces) can be chopped mild green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 - 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
