Eating to help manage weight changes and muscle loss

Join Jane at our  Centre for Wellbeing kitchen at the Mater Hospital to  discuss all things around eating and cooking able to help with a healthier and stronger or more muscular body. In addition to being reminded about the healthier weight plate essentials when you are in treatment or recovering from cancer, we will prep and taste PrOATS, a Persian protein rich nourish bowl and a satiating smoothie
