Not hungry

Eating well is important when you are in treatment for cancer. However this is difficult if you have lost your appetite or find that you feel full quicker than usual. When you feel this way it is hard to manifest a good appetite, but it is important to do your best to eat or nibble smaller meals or snacks. If eating a full plate is difficult then try the grazing approach where you grab a bite or a handful every hour or so. It can also be a good idea to supplement meals with some extra nourishing drinks.
